Ellen is originally from Galway, located on the west coast of Ireland and in recent years moved to Tipperary. Ellen has worked in some of the most prestigious thoroughbred stud farms including Coolmore Stud & the Irish National Stud and highly recommends visiting Ireland in Spring.
‘Ireland in Spring is magical, flowers are in bloom and lambs and foals frolic in paddocks. The countryside comes to life!’
Ellen has worked with some of the most well-known tourist attractions and recommends an autumnal visit to the Japanese Gardens in Kildare and a walk along the cliff walk in Dunmore East, County Waterford. Her advice for visiting Ireland is more time. There is so much to explore on the island of Ireland so make sure to allow enough time to visit each area, make sure to meet the people and hear their stories.
